Cleft Chestnut Rail fencing can be supplied in many different ways. Either 1, 2 or 3 rail using a treated softwood, oak or cleft chestnut post. Double mortices are the most common but you can use 1 large central mortice. It is up to you. Some images below to give you some ideas.
